随着时光的流逝，人类社会悄然已经进入21世纪。21世纪是知识经济时代，是信息技术时代，是数字化时代。单位管理的现代化﹑办公自动化和决策科学化，是现代化办公管理发展的必然趋势。也是衡量一个单位信息化的重要标志。单位职工的工资信息管理作为一个单位管理的重要方面，其可变因素多，管理复杂，繁琐，时间跨度大，再加上固定的基数大，形成巨大的数据量，人工管理困难,因此我开发了单位职工的工资管理系统软件。

The personals's wages information manage as an important part Crop manage has a great deal of changes of element.The compicated manage,long interval and the big regular base wages make a huge data.The human manage is difficult．So the software of the manage of the personals's wages is developed.
